Set Signature

  1. Make a note of the user's job title, mobile number, and depot address. 
  2. Send the signature to the user via email.
  3. Open the signature email on the user's iOS device, and copy the template. To copy:
    1.  Press and hold the first word in the text to copy.
    2.  Using the selection handles on either side of the highlighted area, highlight the entire signature.
    3. From the hovering toolbar, select copy. 
  4. From this point, the setup is different depending on which app is used for emails.

Outlook App

  1. Open the Outlook app, select the circle icon with the user's initial in the top left, then select the cog icon in the bottom right from the opened side bar.
  2. Select the signature option. Note that if you have added multiple mailboxes to the app, there will be a signature field for each one. Select a field to edit the signature.
  3. Double tap the signature field, then select paste from the toolbar.
  4. Manually replace the placeholder's with the user's name, job title, mobile number, and depot address. The mobile number can be removed completely if not needed.
  5. Select the tick icon in the top right when finished.

Mail App

  1. Open the Settings app, and navigate to Apps -> Mail -> Signature.
  2. Double tap the signature field, then select paste from the toolbar.
  3. Manually replace the placeholder's with the user's name, job title, mobile number, and depot address. The mobile number can be removed completely if not needed.
  4. Select the back icon when finished.
